This beautiful two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms (one en-suite) has been lovingly furnished to a very high standard and comes fully equppied for all your holiday needs.


On entering the apartment you will find the fully equipped kitchen and dining area (seating 4) and from this into the lounge the area with fabulous sea views from the balcony which also overlooks the large communal swimming pool, patio chairs and table have been provided to take in the sights.


The L shaped sofa can comfortably seat 4 and the wall mounted LCD TV offers both English and Russian speaking channels and free Wifi throughout the apartment.


Leading from the dining/kitchen area are two spacious bedrooms. The first is a twin bedroom with lots of wardrobe storage. Opposite this bedroom is the main family bathroom, with bath and over bath shower.


The second bedroom is a double room with en-suite shower and WC, again ample storage space in the wall to ceiling wardrobes. A wall mounted TV is also provided with English and Russian channels, perfect for those lazy days.


From the master bedroom there are large patio doorss leading onto the balcony with table and chairs to relax and take in the breathtaking views of the sea and the communal pool.


A baby travel cot and high chair are provided free of charge.


All rooms are fully air conditioned for your comfort during the hot summer months.


There is private covered parking underneath the apartment block and elevator access to the 1st floor apartment.


You will be amazed at the large shared swimming pool which overlooks the beautiful Fig Tree Bay with the most amazing views. Free sunbeds are provided around the pool with shower facilities. The pool area has gorgeous water fountains set in stone features and a large grassed area, perfect for children to play.


The location of this apartment is perfect, just a 1 minute walk (or less!) to Fig Tree Bay, Anemos Restaurant and the many bars, restaurants and shops and further along you will find a childrens amusement park with lots to do for the younger youngs. 


Fig Tree Bay has lots of water activities, from jet skis, boat hire/trips to wind surfing.


Protaras is a popular family resort and this apartment is a firm favourite, so book early to avoid disappointment.

We require a 300.00 Euros breakage deposit 2 days before your arrival, this is pre authorised on your card and is then made void after departure providing no damages.


Included in the weekly rental price is a generous electricity allowance of 80 kwhs, if this is exceeded then we will charge 0.30 cents per additional kwh used which will be taken from your breakage deposit.
